　　Zhang Zhenghong, male, Han nationality, born in Chongqing in September 1970, joined the CPC in October 1992 and started working in July 1996. He graduated from Tsinghua University with a master's degree in hydraulic structure engineering. He is now the secretary of the CPC Panzhihua Municipal Committee.
